About Our Church
Blessed Hope Ministries started in February 2011 at the home of Elder Roosevelt and Rev. Carolynn Boulware, with Rev. Boulware serving as the pastor. Over the next decade, the ministry grew and moved to a location on Memorial Drive.
The ministry thrived on serving the local community through outreach endeavors such as, feeding families, and visiting surrounding apartment complexes to share the Gospel of Jesus and the love of God.
After relocating to Stone Mountain, GA, Rev. Carolynn officially retired and her son, Pastor Franklin Boulware, was officially installed in April 2022. Under his tutelage, Pastor Franklin has ushered in a new era of worship, outreach, and a ministry led by Agape love.
Our ministry extends across all ages, and has a passion for serving youth and young adults, which includes hosting Vacation Bible School, outreach events and fun activities like movie and game nights.
Our Beliefs
We believe God has existed in relationship with Himself for all eternity. He exists as one entity in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, known as the Holy Trinity.
The Holy Trinity works together in perfect harmony. The Father plans, the Son shows the way, and the Holy Spirit whispers guidance. As we journey through life, we allow the Holy Trinity to be our compass, guiding us to faith.

The Bible is God’s Word to all the people. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. Because it was inspired by God, the Bible is Truth without any mixture of error and is completely relevant to our daily lives.

Our faith is anchored in the book of Matthew 7:7-8, where Jesus Himself declares, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” These words resonate with the truth that prayer is the key that unlocks the boundless treasures of Heaven.
Romans 10:13 assures us, “For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”
All have sinned, but it’s through grace, faith and the power of Jesus Christ’s resurrection on the cross, that God forgives us when we repent of our sins.
The essence of our belief in the transformative power of prayer is beautifully captured in James 5:16, which proclaims, “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.” This scripture reveals that prayer is not merely a passive act; it is a dynamic force that moves the very heart of God and ushers in His divine intervention.
Prayer becomes a channel through which we continually reaffirm and experience the depths of our salvation, a salvation that opens the doors to God’s mercy, forgiveness, and transformation.
Our love finds its ultimate expression in the words of John 3:16, where we read, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” This scripture unveils the monumental depth of God’s love for us, a love so immense that it led to the ultimate sacrifice of His Son for our redemption.love

At Blessed Hope, our mission is to offer hope and salvation to mankind so heaven is populated and hell is plundered. We are a non-denominational church with the sole purpose to worship God in Spirit and Truth, as mandated through scripture in the Holy Bible.
Our vision is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through the infallible Word of God, positioning every believer to worship, witness, and work towards the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
Through worship, we find the divine connection that deepens our faith and strengthens our bond with Christ. Witnessing the transformative power of the Gospel, we are moved to share the same hope and love with those around us. In unity, we work diligently towards the fulfillment of God’s Kingdom on earth.
